Scotiabank Arena

Scotiabank Arena

Scotiabank Arena, previously known as the Air Canada Centre, is a multi-purpose arena. Formerly the site of Toronto's postal distribution centre in 1946, the building was purchased and renovated into an arena in 1998 to accommodate the Toronto Raptors NBA team as they became part of the league in 1995. The Maple Leafs would later relocate to the arena. The Scotiabank Arena offers a variety of entertainment events, as well as five restaurants and access to the underground retail network in the PATH. Easily accessible from Union Station, locals and tourists alike can catch a game and enjoy the downtown culture of Canada’s largest hub.
