Home to the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), The Bell Lightbox is dedicated to presenting the best of international and Canadian cinema while creating transformational experiences for film lovers and creators of all ages and backgrounds. As Canada's premiere home of cinema, TIFF offers screenings, lectures, discussions, festivals, workshops, events, professional development, and opportunities to meet, hear and learn from filmmakers from Canada and around the world. The Lightbox hosts numerous film festivals annually with unique thematic approaches to film. The building, which opened in 2010 and is 42 floors, occupies an entire city block in the heart of Toronto's media and entertainment district. Visitors can enjoy a bite to eat in one of the Lightbox’s two restaurants before a uniquely Canadian film screening.
