The story of Tableau unfolds below, on and above a table. Historical preservation meets modern design and style in the form of a podium, built to embrace a piece of Toronto's heritage. This table, built on strong supporting legs, divides space, separates use, gracefully identifies public and private areas and yet as a unified form creates a structure that is distinctly and undeniably Tableau. Tableau is a 36-storey mixed-use building featuring 410 residential suites, 25,000 sq.ft. of office space and retail space at the ground level. Suites and amenities are beautifully designed by Cecconi Simone with outdoor space and landscape created by Claude Cormier Landscape Architects. Below the Table: Colonnade's mosaic-tiled floor, soaring columns and reinterpreted heritage building are a feast for the eyes. Adding spice to the creative flavour: Shayne Dark's dynamic "Nova".
